This morning, we arrive in Edinburgh, the glorious Scottish capital. We are met by our tour manager and transfer to our motor coach for our scenic drive into Edinburgh. We break for lunch, on our own. We then have a private coach transfer to our hotel in Glasgow and check into our hotel to enjoy our “welcome” dinner. Overnight at our hotel in Glasgow
Enjoy a panoramic tour of Glasgow, Scotland’s largest city. Visit major highlights including St. Mungo Cathedral, the People’s Palace, Glasgow Green, and the Victorian architecture of the city centre. Continue to the West End’s parks, especially Kelvingrove, with views of Glasgow University and the Kelvingrove Museum. Discover why the city is associated with famed architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Conclude with prayer and worship at St. Andrew’s Cathedral. The remainder of the day is at leisure, with dinner and overnight in Glasgow or the surrounding area

This morning, we depart the Inverness area and journey to Pitlochry. Visit Blair Castle. Blair Castle, the ancient seat of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl, enjoys one of Scotland’s finest settings in the heart of Perthshire. Visit the castle and enjoy a tour of 30 rooms and the fascinating collections they contain. As one of the first private homes to open to the public in Scotland, Blair welcomes more visitors than any other. Discover the castle, its extensive collections, and beautiful gardens. Blair Castle has a long and illustrious history, throughout which it has accumulated many fascinating historical artefacts, including antique furniture, art, period dress, arms and armor. Then enjoy the rest of time at leisure in Pitlochry. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Pitlochry or area
Depart Pitlochry for Edinburgh, stopping en route for a walking tour of St Andrews with visits to St Andrews Castle and St Andrews Cathedral. Explore the castle’s ruins—including its siege mine, counter-mine, and ‘bottle dungeon’—once the powerful residence of Scotland’s medieval bishops and a key setting for events leading to the 1560 Scottish Reformation. Visit the remains of St Andrews Cathedral, Scotland’s largest medieval church and historic seat of the nation’s leading bishops, built on a site of worship dating to the 8th century and surrounded by its impressive monastic walls and graveyard. The walking tour covers the route between the castle and cathedral. Continue to Edinburgh for dinner and overnight in the city or surrounding area.
Begin the day with prayer and worship at Saint Patrick’s Church, followed by free time for lunch and shopping. In the afternoon, visit the Palace of Price: $5,899 per person Departure: Houston, TX (IAH) St. Mungo Cathedral, Glasgow Holyroodhouse—founded as a monastery in 1128, later home to Mary, Queen of Scots, and now the monarch’s official Scottish residence. Explore its 14 historic State Apartments, the ruins of Holyrood Abbey, and The Queen’s Gallery with its rotating Royal Collection exhibitions. Continue to Edinburgh Castle, a 3,000-year-old stronghold atop an extinct volcano, renowned for its dramatic views and central role in Scotland’s history and Edinburgh’s World Heritage landscape. Conclude with dinner and overnight in Edinburgh or the surrounding area.
Begin the day with prayer and worship at Rosslyn Chapel, founded in 1446 as the Collegiate Church of St Matthew and famed for its intricate carvings, rich symbolism, and enduring myths. After surviving centuries of turmoil, the chapel is now preserved through extensive conservation efforts. Continue into the Scottish Borders to visit Melrose Abbey, Scotland’s most celebrated ruin, founded in 1136 by David I, for the Cistercian Order, largely rebuilt in the early 15th century, and renowned for its elegant masonry. The abbey is also believed to hold the heart of Robert the Bruce. In the evening, enjoy dinner and entertainment at the Spirit of Scotland Show or similar, then overnight in Edinburgh or the surrounding area. DAY
