Your pilgrimage begins as you depart on your international flight to Tel Aviv, Israel.

ARRIVE IN TEL AVIV, ISRAEL

Our representative will welcome you and take you to our hotel in the Tel Aviv area, where we will enjoy dinner and spend the night.

DAY 3

DAY 3 image

CAESAREA | MT. CARMEL | MEGIDDO | NAZARETH | CANA

Your day begins with a scenic drive along the Mediterranean Sea to Caesarea, where you’ll explore Roman ruins, including the theater and aqueduct, and the Crusader city. This site is significant as the starting point of Paul’s final missionary journey. Next, visit Mt. Carmel, where Elijah confronted Baal’s prophets, then travel to Megiddo, or Armageddon, believed to be the site of the final battle. Afterward, arrive in Nazareth, where the angel announced to Mary that she would be the mother of God’s Son, and where Jesus grew up. Drive through Cana, where Jesus performed His first miracle, before heading to Tiberias for dinner and an overnight stay.

SEA OF GALILEE | CAESAREA PHILIPPI | MAGDALA | MT. OF BEATITUDES

Today, enjoy a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee followed by a devotional service. Visit Kibbutz Ginosar to see an ancient boat from Jesus's time, then head to Caesarea Philippi, where Peter confessed Jesus as the Christ. Stop at the Road to Damascus, where Paul was converted, before visiting Magdala, Mary Magdalene's birthplace, to see the ruins of a synagogue and the oldest carved menorah. Explore the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus taught, and conclude your day in Capernaum, before returning to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

JORDAN RIVER | BEIT SHE’AN | ZIPPORI | TABGHA

Today begins with a renewal of your baptism at the Jordan River. Afterward, you’ll drive to the Roman ruins at Beit She'an, a site that has been continuously inhabited for 5,000 years. You'll then continue to Zippori, not far from Nazareth, and recognized as a center of learning during Jesus's time, where you can admire stunning mosaics and absorb the ambiance of the area where Jesus grew up. Following this, you’ll visit Tabgha, the site of the miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes. Your day will conclude with a visit to Peter’s Primacy, a lovely garden on the shores of the Sea of Galilee featuring a chapel that commemorates the breakfast Jesus prepared for His disciples after the resurrection. Afterward, you'll return to your hotel to freshen up before heading to a local restaurant for dinner.

MASADA | EIN GEDI | QUMRAN

This morning, you’ll travel through the Jordan Valley towards Masada, an incredible mountaintop fortress built by Herod and the site of the final battle in the Jewish rebellion against the Romans. After exploring Masada, you'll drive along the Dead Sea, passing the springs of Ein Gedi before visiting Qumran, the location where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Your day will conclude with a drive through the Judean Wilderness on your way to Jerusalem for dinner and an overnight stay.

JERUSALEM

Today’s tour begins at the Mount of Olives, where we’ll see a breathtaking panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem. You’ll view the Temple Mount with the Dome of the Rock Mosque at the center of the picture, as well as other sites of interest in and near the Old City. You’ll walk a part of the Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus went with the disciples on the final night before his crucifixion. There you’ll visit the Church of All Nations and the garden with its ancient olive trees. Next, you’ll go to Mount Zion, where you’ll see the Upper Room and King David’s Tomb. From there, you’ll go to the House of Caiaphas, where Jesus was imprisoned for a night. Finally, you’ll return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

JERUSALEM

Your day will begin with a visit to the Western Wall, the place most precious for Jews around the world. You’ll walk through the tunnel that goes under the streets of today, with pavement from the time of Jesus. You’ll continue from there to the Pool of Bethesda, where Jesus healed the crippled man. You’ll sing a hymn in the Church of St. Anne before you walk down the Via Dolorosa, following the path Jesus took to the cross. You’ll visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and walk through the fascinating Arab market. You’ll tour the Jewish Quarter, where you’ll see the Roman Cardo and other sites of interest. At the end of your visit there, you’ll return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 9

DAY 9 image

BETHLEHEM

You’ll begin your day with a drive to Bethlehem, where you’ll visit the Nativity Church and see Manger Square. On your way to the church, you’ll view the Shepherd’s Field, where the angels appeared to the shepherds to announce the birth of Jesus. Today you’ll go to Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust victims. Nearby, you’ll visit the Israel Museum, which houses the Dead Sea Scrolls. We’ll view the Israeli Knesset, seat of the Israeli Parliament and government offices, and finish the day with a tour of the Model of First Century Jerusalem before returning to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 10

GARDEN TOMB | BETHANY BEYOND THE JORDAN | DEAD SEA

Today you’ll finish your visit in the Holy Land with a very special service of Communion at the Garden Tomb. After your visit there, you’ll drive to the Allenby Bridge, where you will cross into Jordan. Following border crossing procedures, you’ll visit the Baptism Site at Bethany Beyond the Jordan, recognized as the place where John baptized Jesus. From there, you’ll continue to the Dead Sea and the Kempinski Hotel, where you can relax and enjoy the unique waters of this remarkable body of water before dinner and overnight.

DAY 11

MT. NEBO

This morning, you will visit Mt. Nebo, from which Moses viewed the Promised Land. From there, you’ll go to the Christian village of Madaba to see the ancient mosaic map of the Holy Land. After your visit there, you will return to the hotel for a free afternoon to relax before dinner and overnight.

PETRA

This 2000-year-old city was carved by the Nabataeans out of the native rock. It has been protected through the centuries by a ring of mountains surrounding the area. Choose between riding a horse or walking the short distance to the entrance of the dramatic canyon, where you will all walk to the famous Treasury, carved in pink stone. You will continue past the Roman Theatre, the Corinthian Tomb, and the Palace Tomb along the Roman Road. After your visit there, depart Petra on your way to Amman. Proceed to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

This morning, you will proceed to the airport for your return flight home, filled with new insights and understanding of the land of Jesus.

This morning, visit the baptism site. The drive to the Red Rose City of Petra. Arrive at the hotel for dinner and overnight.
